I've never been much of a juice drinker, but I drink at least one cup of coffee a day. I also like to make fruit iced teas in the warmer weather. Peach iced tea...yum!

I would choose coffee because I love the taste and it energizes me for my day. However, I have also heard the many different health opinions about coffee, juices, and the teas. The best method to go about this, I think, is that moderation is key. Juice has nutrition, but the content of the sugar needs to be watched and the juice should be more natural than artificial. Coffee has low caloric content, but if sugar or flavoring is added the amount of calories increases. Tea is reported to have benefits depending on certain cultures and can also be used as a boost for energy depending on caffeine content, but if one drinks sweetened teas, the nutritional value decreases.

The best drink is simply water. Coffee and tea both have caffeine and juice is pure sugar. None of this is good for us.

I'd love a fresh glass of lemonade with a tiny bit of mint and lots of sugar.

Personally I'd take tea every time, particularly if it was mint tea.
