My favorite vegetable dish is called chopsuey. It is basically a stir-fried vegetable dish. You can add in carrots, baby corns, cauliflower, bell peppers, snow peas, and cabbage. If you want it with protein, you can add chicken, pork, shrimp, or fried tofu. The sauce only consists of broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch to thicken it. I like my chopsuey with warm white rice, but you can also eat it with noodles.

I sautee my vegetables and like to add onions. It's usually better than eating them raw and they don't end up mush.

I love vegetables. M favourite is bottle gourds. They are bitter but really healthy. And if you like them then they are yummy.

Grilled vegetables are delicious. My husband grills red, orange, and yellow pepper slices along with asparagus when he is cooking on the grill. I prefer to steam Brussel sprouts and them add them into a pan of sautéed mushrooms and onions at the last minute. Give it all a stir for great flavor.

Saute, blanched, juiced, and raw. My favourite is sauteed, and the least is juiced.

I like my vegetables in any way. I am not particularly picky when it comes to food to be honest. But, if I am planning on eating vegetables with ramen then I usually stir fry it with some sauce.

Cooking vegetables can be very hard to master. My husband and I like to use certain methods on several different vegetables. For carrots we like to poach them in a honey and fresh lemon juice mixture. For brussel sprouts we enjoy baking those with bacon, lemon juice, vinegar, and garnish them with fresh grated parmesan cheese. For corn we make it mexican street corn style, smoking/grilling them. We like to steam broccoli. We blacken mushrooms or fry them and dip them in marinara sauce! And lots more!

Over cooking veggies denatures the nutrients, you should only steam it.
