I have recently discovered that I love grilled vegetables. My husband grills sweet potatoes for me that he has sliced into planks and seasoned with thyme, smoked paprika, salt, pepper and brown sugar. They as so delicious!

Cabbage is also delicious on the grill, just a little salt and pepper is all it needs.

Asparagus is probably my next favorite on the grill, seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Finished with a little spritz of lemon, it is truly delightful.

I eat my vegetables raw when I can, save for the veggies like okra, squash, and potatoes.

I prefer blanching or sautéing my green veggies. It’s hard for me to eat them raw. But few other veggies like carrots, peppers, onion etc can be eaten raw.

I prefer raw veggies over cooked, but both are delicious. When cooking them, I will add spices to increase flavor and the aroma that forms is a delight.

I love to eat spinach a lot, so a few months back I had to learn how to cook it perfectly. Although, since I am the only one who has tasted my own vegetable, I cant rate it lol.

I love to blanch vegetables so they are somewhat cooked but don't lose their nutrients!
