I think tea is the best remedy for stomach cramps.

I step a tea with fresh ginger and turmeric. These work very well for most upset stomachs. The elders back in the day would say to take a spoonful of mustard. That worked because of the turmeric. I also do a drop or two of essential ooks in my water.

I drink a lot of water. Water is like the super hero of all drinks.
Then in my hot tea, I also add honey. Ginger and lemon is good too.
Today's me is better than yesterday's me.

Cold-pressed juices with ginger, turmeric, and lemon work well, I also drink Rooibos tea to calm an upset stomach.

Whenever I'm feeling like that I always eat crackers and drink ginger ale. Brazil doesn't sell ginger ale so I have to drink guarana not which is a root based soda.

I am not a fan of medicines so I always look for an alternative. I always opt with lukewarm water or go with herbs.
