7 up without any bubbles. I stir it until it's out of effervescence and drink it slowly. It usually takes away the stomach cramps! Tea with a wedge of lemon also does the trick.

Garlic and ginger tea most of the time.
Heart! We will forget him!
You an I, tonight!
You may forget the warmth he gave,
I will forget the light.

When you have done, pray tell me
That I my thoughts may dim;
Haste! lest while you're lagging.
I may remember him!

I usually prefer medicine, but if I have mild discomfort, I drink a nice hot fennel tea and it solves the problem. However, if you find you often have gastric issues, I strongly suggest you go see a doctor. You might have something serious and although unpleasant, gastrointestinal issues are relatively easy to fix.

Fennel seeds, cramp bark, ginger root, or marshmallow root are a few of my favorite herbs to steep when I need a tummy-soothing tea. Room temperature water in place of cold water can also help stomach cramps.

Fresh ginger and mint tea always helps me. Just add an inch of freshly grated ginger and 2-3 sprigs of fresh mint leaves to a pan of water and bring to the boil. Let it boil for a good 10-15 mins before straining and drinking.

Chamomile, ginger, and peppermint tea are helpful for me, as are essential oils that I rub on my stomach (peppermint, "Tummy Aid," etc.). I would also advocate identifying what causes stomach cramps and seeking medical help if issues persist.
