When I have stomach cramps it is hard for me to think of food less eat anything. But I would recommend something light and easy with hat tea.

Dark chocolate. I don't know why but it seems to do the trick. I heard that cinnamon/fenugreek tea will ease cramps.

Try some chamomile tea, or some antacids. Put a heating pad on your abdomen, and lay down. Sometimes, a stomach massage helps.

I chew crystallized ginger or eat a Ricola cough drop. Both seem to help when I have a stomachache.
