What do ypu drink/eat when you have stomach cramps?

I eat ginger or just a cup of warm water works for me.

Rub some peppermint oil and place a heated pouch over it. Helps alleviate pain.

A peppermint hard candy or gum helps a lot for me

Fisrt i used to drink 2glass of water then after 10 mins i like to eat delicious pakistani food like paratha

I usually drink hot water and cup of green tea with lemon juice and cinnamon powder in it.Its really very effective.

I prepare ginger in hot water or luke warm..It helps a lot with the pain.

I use ginger too. I'll do ginger tea or eat ginger candies. Peppermint tea is another I use for stomach issues.

whenever I have stomach cramps, I usually go for a hot cup of green tea, it always works...

Here in Michigan, we drink Vernors. It's a ginger soda. Or if I don't have any of that, I'll drink hot chamomile tea with honey.

Try ginger soup..it takes away bad stomach cramps, it is safe and cheap
