Slice the chicken length wise and stuff with a cream sauce. I usually do a pesto/cream cheese blend and bake. Delish!

I love to stuff my chicken with whole clovers of garlic, halved lemons and halved onions. Make sure is it seasoned right.

I was going to comment the same thing. Maybe a spinach and feta filling. I haven't tried it yet, nor am I the most hopeful about this but I saw someone wrap the chicken in steaky bacon.

A friend recently cooked chicken breasts stuffed with fresh tomato, basil pesto and mozarella and it was great. She sliced the raw chicken length-wise, added the stuffing and baked in the oven.

There are many good methods. My favorite would be to cut it open, and stuff with a cream or sauce.

Experimenting with stuffed chicken is a culinary adventure I relish. Whether it's a spinach and feta-stuffed chicken breast or a more exotic apricot and almond stuffing, the possibilities are endless.
