Most hype-palatable foods work. I enjoy pizza and mini pancakes with premium Belgian chocolate.

Sheperd's Pie! I am from Florida and my mom cooked this consistently when I was growing up. The beautifully salted potatoes mixed with the creamy gravy-soaked meat, and the veggies, it just spells out the most down-home country cooking and it makes me feel nostalgic, safe and warm.

Ice cream all the way. Whenever I feel sad, happy, empty, and tired I would always want to pig out on ice cream. It refreshes my mind and helps me get back into the mood.

I usually resort to chips, french fries, burgers, and ice cream. I like to eat spicy food too.

Chicken- Baked, fried, grilled, barbecued, wings, legs, thighs, breasts, if it’s chicken, it’s comfort. Some good ol’ potato salad on the side of the chicken is always good too 🤩

When seeking comfort, a bowl of creamy butternut squash soup or a plate of soul-soothing macaroni and cheese never fails to uplift my spirits.
