This may sound predictable but I love french fries. Not a fan of chip though. Boiled potato cooked in a rich and flavorful sauce is also welcomed to my stomach!

I love baked potatoes! I am all over a baked potato with butter, sour cream, and cheese. I also like au gratin potatoes, I think that's how you spell it, those are so good as well. I'm a fan of anything with a lot of carbohydrates.
Give me the courage to get through this week...or at least a big bar of chocolate :D

I come from Poland, from a region that's known for high consumption of potatoes, so clearly, I love them. A good potato is good in any form. I like them simply cooked in water with salt, in a potato salad, leftover potatoes fried with a little bit of butter, baked potatoes, fries, wedges, Spanish potato and onion tortilla, Polish placki ziemniaczane, hash browns, potato and ham soup, mashed potatoes, potato dumplings, potatoes baked on the embers of a campfire.

In my neck of the woods, southern Utah, there is a potato dish that seems to be a staple anywhere the is a gathering so don't let the name fool you, Funeral Potatoes. There are different variations of this dish but it includes cheese, sour cream and of course potatoes! It's baked though the potatoes are cooked first. I would be happy to share this recipe with anyone who would like to try it!

I love my potatoes fried that is french fries and chips. I, however, try to take them in limited amounts to avoid gaining unnecessary weight or logging my blood vessels with fat.

I love potatoes in every way! but if I had to choose, I would go for a good mash. The secret is to add diced onions to the water when boiling and mash with mostly butter mmmmmmm

I love mash potatoes, crispy potato chips, gnocchi and even potato lasagna! Potatoes are fantastic and one of the most versatile foods available, so I can definitely see why people love it so much.

Cut into thin crisps and fried in oil. Or whipped with butter and gravy as perfect mashed potatoes.
