I like my potatoes, in every way. I'm not picky and I'm a fan of all of their variations. I feel like it's hard to get potatoes wrong, but even if somehow you did get it wrong, I believe it would still be delicious.

I'm kind of particular about potatoes since restaurants tend to pile them on plates without adding enough flavor.

Crispy hash browns are my favorite, but well-seasoned curly, wedge, or waffle fries can be really tasty too.

I enjoy some nice, crispy hashbrowns or a well-seasoned baked potato with just the right amount of butter (not too much, not too little--you can taste it but the potato isn't drowning in it )

I generally like mine fried.
