I rarely use recipes. Most of the time I just experiment and learn from the outcomes.

Nowadays, cooking can be so very easy. I often use youtube to watch how a particular dish can be cooked and apply it in my way. Cooking books are now hard to have, so I’d go with a more accessible one.

I am a person that cooks simply. I am not so fond at cooking but I can say that I am good at cooking specially with vegetables and beef. But I am also a cooker that has no many knowledge on cook recipes that is why I still use a cookery book to see some recipes whenever I cook a new one.

I use my recipes to make sure I don't forget any items! I have heard people say that good cooks don't need recipes but I disagree.

I own so many cookbooks but I only use them to inspire me for pot lucks or crock pot recipes. Otherwise I will experiment with the food that needs to be used the quickest (expiration dates getting closer).

I look at a recipe then I proceed to do whatever I want to do.

Sometimes I go through YouTube or use recipe books when I want to cook something I'm not familiar with. But I tend to make slight changes after my first time

I use recipes but usually have a favorite collection so after I’ve made it a bit, I will improvise and measure by eye. I love to add extras to recipes too for a change!

I did some personal research on how to cool certain food because we are not perfect and we can't know all recipes so there is some food I do watch videos on before I cook it

I am so precise usually I use a scale to weight my ingridients, but sometimes if I don't have one of the ingredients I just mix it all up and still make the dish.

I usually follow a recipe the first time making a dish. After that I like to experiment a lot with different ingredients.

I usually cook simple meals and ask for directions from my family members on the way.
