Yes, baking with almond flour has become a staple in my kitchen. From almond flour pancakes to gluten-free almond flour chocolate cake, it adds a delightful nuttiness and a moist texture to baked goods.

I have never tried using almond flour in any recipes. I have eaten some items bought from the store that were made with almond flour and those were good. I have used coconut flour and cassava flour in some homemade baking and cooking, so I know there is a learning curve to use them and a difference in taste and texture. Maybe someday I'll try the almond flour as I imagine it might work well in some of my recipes.

had no idea almond flour was a real item until I came across your post. Seems like a healthier alternative, how does it taste in comparison to regular flour?...
