Dark Chocolate?

I love milk and white chocolate so much!

I find dark chocolate a little bit too strong for my tastes but once baked into a cookie/cake/other baked good, the strength contrasts beautifully with the sugary dessert.

I like dark chocolate as long as its in candy, but if its in a baked good then milk chocolate all the way.

I prefer dark chocolate, both for munching and for baking. It just seems to have more flavor than milk chocolate.

I think it depends on what you're making. I think dark chocolate is great with overly sweet things since it cuts the sweetness. I love milk chocolate just for eating. White is okay. I think you need to have something paired with white chocolate so the flavor isn't overwhelming.

Has anyone ever tried making your own dark chocolate? It's super easy--cacao powder, cacao butter, and whatever sweetener or add-ins you like. And this way, it's even better for you!

I prefer milk or German chocolate. Dark chocolate will do in a pinch and not a fan of white chocolate.

My favorite is dark chocolate. I now find all other chocolate too sweet! I love everything chocolate but it has to be dark chocolate, lol.

I really like having dark chocolate. I prefer dark chocolate than white or milk chocolate . Dark chocolate has it's bittersweet taste so it tastes better than other chocolates. Other chocolates are too sweet

I love dark chocolate, it’s by far my favourite kind of chocolate. In my opinion the darker the better too so it makes me feel a little better that it’s suppose to be ‘more healthy’.

Dark chocolate is my favourite although also like milk. I find white chocolate a little too sweet.

I do like dark chocolate, but not in things. I prefer semi-sweet or bittersweet for cooking with as well as white chocolate.

Dark chocolate is a classic for special occasions. Though white chocolate is pretty sweet as well. I know there're other types of chocolates out there that have pretty different flavors, but those two will always have a special place in my heart.

my motto is the darker the better. I absolutely love dark chocolate and actually enjoy the bite of bittersweet it has. I havent heard of the combination of salt but I'm sure going to try it when baking with it. The other chocolates are good but nothing compares to dark for me.

I love all chocolate. But I especially love dark chocolate. I like to make myself think that it's healthy for me (because it is in a way) so I don't feel guilty for eating so much of it.

Dark chocolate is my most favorite out of all the types of chocolate. I don't have a sweet tooth and find that both milk and white chocolate a bit overpoweringly sweet, so the darker / more bitter the chocolate the better! Just personal preference.
