I would say it's roti and mashed potatoes with a glass of milk.
The roti is fiber.
The potatoes are complex carbohydrates.
The milk is slow digestive protein which helps your body through the night.

I go for chicken and mashed potatoes a lot when I'm in a hurry. I use my air fryer to cook the chicken and the Instant Pot to cook the potatoes. It would be quick and easy to cook without those things though!

Another good one is fish. I like to take frozen fillets, place on aluminum foil, season, and then bake in the oven. It's nice and hands off and you could even roast some veggies at the same time if you wanted to.
**Always happy to go on a new adventure!**
