Anything by Chimamanda Adichie
I don't know if it's because of the way she narrates her stories even down to the sound of flip flops , but any book by Adichie is an absolute best for me.
She did a good job with , purple hibiscus, Americanah, The thing around your neck, even half of a yellow sun. She is a goddess

Chinua Achebe's "Things Fall Apart," Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's "Half of a Yellow Sun," and Ngũgĩ wa Thiong'o's "Petals of Blood" are essential African novels, offering profound insights into history, culture, and societal dynamics.

In the realm of African literature, Chinua Achebe's "Things Fall Apart" and Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's "Half of a Yellow Sun" are standout novels. They offer profound insights into African history, culture, and the impact of colonialism.

I confess that I am utterly ignorant of African literature. Could anyone give me recommendations? But please, I want to know the classics and books that are considered the most iconic.
