I AGREE 100%! Scarpetta would be a great TV show.

Similar would be Eve Duncan by Iris Johansen.

But after Tom Cruise RUINED the Jack Reacher series for me...I worry that without proper casting the magic of our favorite characters will be tarnished on screen...TWILIGHT anyone? :roll2:

I wish they had made all of The Mortal Instruments series into movies. They did make a movie for the first book in the series but never made any more of them. I did watch the TV show that aired not that long ago and actually loved it, despite some of the people who hated the TV show version.

revolution 2020 by Chetan Bhagat is the book that i want to see turned to movie. This story is based on love triangle. The narrator itself is the antagonist of the story who love the female lead from childhood.

Hmm...this is a subject I'm a bit torn on. On the one hand, I think that any of Tamora Pierce's series would make excellent movies (especially the Circle of Magic quartet). On the other, I've seen so many poorly-done book-to-movie adaptations that I'm afraid of what would happen.

On still another hand, though, I would also love to see another attempt at bringing Dresden Files to the screen, whether in TV show or movie form. The tv show that was done a while back was, in my opinion, not very good. e.e So I'd love for someone to make a version of it that actually resembles the books in more than just name.

I couldn't complete reading that book. Maybe the movie will be better.

I would want to see The Ancient Guardians Series by S.L. Morgan become a movie or tv show series. It felt that the writer was growing and I was able to witness her writing accomplishments. The story is full of action, hopefulness, strength, power, and shows the depths of what a person will go through for love. Most of all, the main character is a woman and is not affraid anything that steps in her way, for her to save the ones she loves and cares for. I just love action packed movies with a woman who kicks butt and the author made me want to see the world she describes, come to life.

The Cinder Saga (if thats what it's called) by Marissa Meyer. Cinder/Scarlet/Cress/Winter. It's Disney princesses meet Star Wars. I think it would be an instant hit. Just waiting for someone to realize it!
