HETALIA! Oh, man, I love it. International banter and it's kind of educational, what's not to love? I also loved Yuri on Ice, it's very cute. And the new series of Fruits Basket is very promising. (Not the original series, unfortunately.) I saw a few people mentioning Ouran, and I completely agree.

For Ghibli, I loved 'The Castle of Cagliostro' and 'Howls Moving Castle' (just, the music...). I also saw 'Your Name' recently. That was really lovely. I'm excited to trawl through all this and get more recs!

Hmmm. I like Fruits Basket at the moment. My favorite anime might be Black Butler though, its really hard to choose. I also like Bleach, Naruto, Sword Art Online, and Cells at Work.

Durarara is absolutely amazing! It has something for fans of every genre and there are plot twists in basically every episode. It has love triangles, mysteries, superheroes, fantasy creatures, and so much more all set in modern day Japan. I haven't seen anyone else mention this one in this forum so far so I'd love to hear what you guys think of this show! (My favorite character is Celty )

I love Dragon Ball - all seasons. I love Attack on Titan, 7 Deadly Sins, and a lot more, but what I love the most is Fushigi Yuugi. Miyaka and Tamahome were part of my childhood. There was a time when Nuriko made me really confused about my gender. LOL

I haven't seen very many animes, but I would say Avatar: The Last Airbender (even though it's an American make, the animation style is so undeniably anime...).

That and SAO and Sailor Moon.

Definitely Claymore. Although it does not follow the mange after a point, its OST is amazing, the world is constructed is complex and full of archetypical figures and includes tens of strong female characters. It is definitely not flawless and some mistakes could have been avoided. I recommend it to those who do not watch anime regularly and want to start doing so. It contains just a few episodes.

Kuroko no basket is definitely a win though Conan is also my most favourite childhood watch.
