Better reading the book or watch the movie??

The original is always better than the copy. So the book is always better. But there are some good adaptations of books that aren't terrible to watch because they're very accurate to the source material

I also prefer reading the book.I can picturise each character based on my imagination.There is less detailing in film compared to a book.

If a movie is released which is an adaptation of a book, but I haven't read it, I usually watch the movie without reading the book because I know I will be disappointed if I read and watch the movie. But if the movie has parts and I liked the first part, I read the books before watching the other parts of the movie.
