The last movies I saw were Extraction 2 and Evil Dead Rise on the same night. Both were amazing, in Extraction Chris Hemsworth did an amazing job and I loved it. Evil Dead Rise was also good. Although I expected it to be more horrifying, it was still scary enough. I rate Extraction a solid 10/10 and Evil Dead Rise would be 8/10.

Took three little girls to see The Little Mermaid - the real life version. The extra songs were great and the exploration of character and wants made a more rounded out story. 5 out of 5

I recently watched The Woman King, and that movie deserves 10 in a 10. The fight scenes, the traditions! As an African, that movie did me proud. And I'll be forever be amazed at the way Lashana Lynsh nailed the accent. I would definitely recommend.

The last movie that I watched was Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. Optimus Prime, leader of the Autobots, encounters their biggest challenge of all time. There is a new threat that is capable of destroying the planet Earth. In order to combat and stop this threat, the Autobots team up with a powerful faction named the Maximals to save the planet from total destruction. In comparison to the previous movies, I felt the action was not as exciting and the plot unfolded to slowly to keep my full attention. The scenes that were supposed to be funny, in my opinion, were not humorous.
It did not have an authentic connection to the previous sequel and was extremely long to not be fulfilling. I rate it 5 out 10.

The last movie I saw was The Flash (2023) in theaters. It was a doozy, for the most part, I read the comics and was familiar with the characters. Despite critics, I liked the film it played on the heartstrings of viewers by showing that just because you have the power doesn't mean it's up for change. 8 out of10

Framed for Murder: A Fixer Upper Mystery - I liked Jewel a lot in this and the plot is fairy clever. Would watch more of this cozy mystery movie series. I'd give it 8.5/10.

As summer starts , let me recommend the latest in the Raiders of the lost arc Indiana Jones Dial of Destiny/b]
A must see for of us growing up with Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones , this film will not disappoint. Its so wonderful to be able to go back to theater with out mask and spacing your seating. The big screen and dark theater we are once again transporting us to a place far away and to be lost in an adventure. safe for all ages PG
13. Beat the heat and take a seat

My rating for Indiana Jones Dial of Destiny
Is 5 star. Entertainment that keeps you watching . It' is family rated PG 13 we do see Indiana, shirt less , infered sexual content. There is violence and gun fire. But its an adventure for people who enjoy this fictional characters adventures during the WW11 war time.

I watched Ant-Man a Wasp: Quantumania, and even though I usually love Marvel movies, I didn´t like this one. It partly felt like a copy of Star Wars, which was pretty weird. Part of the story was pretty cringe, part was just boring and I even slept during the final battle. I do not recommend, 2/5.
Nevertheless, when speaking about Marvel movies - I recently watched Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and that was awesome. Beautiful, strong, deep, touching (it made me cry several times) and funny, as always... 5/5, all Marvel fans should watch it.

Not to be off or something, but the Pope's exorcism was so Oscar worthy like the plot, cinematography and characters were so on point and yes am a big fan of horror movie and that makes a big judge of any movie of the genre
My next watch is going to be: The insidious (red gate)

That'll be 'It's Okay Not To Be Okay'. Since it's a Kdrama series I still consider it a movie, 'cause those things are long. So far, it's been addictive, a solid 9 out of 10 in my opinion.

Finally saw Dune the other day. I thought it was a beautiful movie. The costumes, the set design, and the acting- All was incredible.

I especially appreciate the time that was given to the story. I realize some people thought it was a snooze fest, but I couldn’t disagree more.

It allowed the characters to show more and do more than simply state their lines. Facial expressions and silent moments are so important to the story.
