I totally agree.Steeleholls wrote: ↑09 Jan 2012, 11:15 The Princess Diaries book was awful compared to the movie! I love the movie, hate the book. It's not a movie, but the Wicked musical is amazing! I could not get into the book. There was way too many innuendos for me. That's all I can think of. Usually I am all about the book rather than the movie, like I am Number Four.

Someone is commenting 8 years later.
The Godfather the movie wasn't as amazing as the book.

In the book, you know it's a vision. The movie needlessly split it into 2 parts. They gave it an epic showdown, as movies do, to wrap up the saga but a lot of audience members were disappointed it was a vision. It kind of felt redundant. I gotta say though, even though I knew it wasn't real, that scene choked me up seeing those characters die.kylewanner57 wrote: ↑28 Jun 2020, 19:15 The last Twilight movie "Breaking Dawn Part 2" was better then the book. I actually liked the book, but when I watched the movie I thought the vision scene was awesome!

Movie tried to capture the awe inspiring Titanic being raised ,etc. Which gives one a visual opportunity of seeing it happen fictiously.
Impressive views and sights
On the other hand the reverse is true when one finds the parts of the book that were omitted.Very jawdropping!!!
