Ok, wait for it...please don't hate me. TROLLS. I liked the songs, but I thought the movie was absolutely boring. It was number one for a while on Prime (I think, or Netflix.) I didn't bother to watch the sequel. On the other hand, I loved Sing!

I do my best to avoid movies that are potentially boring. I will give most films that peak my interest a try; especially when there are elements that I like. With that said, there are times I'm blind sided.

It was some years ago, but there was this movie that aired on television on then Sci-Fi. Based on the description, it had dragons and action. I was stoked and then I was confused. Granted it was an interesting film; however, I saw little of what was promised.

There are films that I watched in the past and found boring but after watching them with a newfound love for analysing film I have really enjoyed them. Some films can't just be watched, they have to be admired or pondered or compared. There is so much more to cinema than mindless entertainment.

I did fall asleep the first time I watched “The Village”. I was very bored. It moves VERY SLOWLY. I did enjoy it when I watched it again a few years later. You have to be okay with a slow moving plot to enjoy it though.

Yes! I heard the hype about Twilight in high school.
I had high expectations, so you can imagine my disappointment when I found the movie is less exciting that what they described.
The actors are good-looking, though.

Venom is one of those movies where I felt next to nothing while watching it. It's not horrible by any means, but I haven't watched it since my first viewing. It was just boring. Not good, not the worst.
A process cannot be understood by stopping it. Understanding must move with the flow of the process, must join it and flow with it.

The only person who can sympathize with and understand you, is you. So, be good to yourself.

Sappy romance does it for me.
I rarely cry in dramatic parts of a romantic film.
I don't often get heavily invested in the chemistry of almost all couples.
Maybe because I cannot relate to their feelings. :eusa-think:

All the horror movies nowadays are boring to me. The only one I managed to like (and had proper jump scares) was The Conjuring.
I haven't really been able to enjoy a single horror movie after that.

I am not a fan of slow movies that involves too much talking and no action. I do understand that they have a deeper meaning to it but you don't really have to stretch for three hours. To name some Before sunrise and the entire series. Even a movie like Zodiac was a led down for me.

I definitely agree with this. You can try watching MAMA, it was actually good.

Almost always! Hollywood movies are sometimes so slow and mundane that I prefer to stare at a blank screen rather than watch them. Although sometimes the storyline isn't that bad, it is still depicted in a very boring manner.

There were quite a few movies that I did not even bother to complete because they were just too boring.
