One my favorites that I haven't seen mentioned in this forum yet is The Book of Life!
Beautiful designs and animation, an absolutely killer soundtrack, and characters that you love immediately, it's easily one of the best animated movies of the last ten years!

Chicken Run for me. I think it set the standard for the animation movies that we say great today..

Ratatouille and Wall-E for me.
I never get tired of watching Remy. He is an inspiration to me. I am not the best cook out there, but this rat made me enjoy the cooking process. Cooking is therapeutic for me now.
I also love the environmental message of Wall-E. I cried while watching it.
