Cartoons are always the kiddos... My favorite adult cartoon, and show in general is The Venture Bros... I love how they can take a tiny detail in a previous episode and turn it into a major plot point later on, most of the time not even planning that they are going to do so!
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming “Wow! What a Ride!” HST

I really like Bob's Burgers. Such a great show. I haven't seen Venture Bros, but I heard it's good.
I also really enjoy the classics like Family Guy and Archer.

All of those are top rate shows! Archer is one of my faves, and I think if you dig that should you would dig venture bros... it's one Hulu if you have it!

It took me awhile to get into Big Mouth... It still makes me uncomfortable at time though haha

American dad is always a solid choice... Rick an Morty was another series I didn't like at first, but then warmed up to.

Does the Regular Show count? It's one of my faves and I think I get the humor a lot more than my niece does at times. ;)

I also love The Boondocks, Bob's Burgers, and American Dad.

I used to be a HUGE South Park fan, but the humor doesn't amuse me as much anymore. I think they try too hard to be controversial. (Just my opinion). But some of my favorite episodes are when the kids just act like kids, like Make Love Not Warcraft and Good Times With Weapons. :) I also love Pandemic 1 and 2.

Aeon Flux. Short episodes with a fast-paced narrative, impressive use of imagery and rule-bending story telling.

I love Rick & Morty as well as Big Mouth. Big Mouth is just oh-my-God-cringe-amazing. It's so offensive but such an accurate mirror of how chaotic my teens were the god-awful drawing is almost forgivable.

I love Archer, I think it is hilarious. I am not as big of a fan of the last few seasons though.
