Please tell me someone else has watched this. It's so good!

Japanese with English subtitles.
I actually have a thing where I can't listen to audio that is out of sync with the actors mouth movements. It acts a little like motion sickness.
It's weird.
But it also means that I get to fall in love with different languages, even if I can't understand them.
Chishiya is my favorite. I love how the actor portrays him, and he really is Cheshire.
I can't believe this got renewed so quickly after it premiered. Actually, I can believe it, because it's awesome.
(Disclaimer: I have not read the manga, so I can't speak to the quality/accuracy of the adaptation.)

I also can't listen to audio that is out of sync, nor did I read the managa. Thank you for the recommendation.Gravy wrote: ↑21 Aug 2021, 20:28Japanese with English subtitles.

The casting of actors is a crucial aspect of any adaptation, and it's fantastic that the actors in the live-action version of "Alice in Borderland" were able to bring the characters to life and match the expectations. It's wonderful when the cast embodies the essence of the characters and enhances the overall viewing experience.
Chishiya's character stood out to me as my favourite character. Chishiya's role and performance have contributed to the overall enjoyment of the live-action adaptation for me. Definitely, a standout and deserves high praise. With a compelling portrayal, Chishiya captures attention and leaves a lasting impression. His intriguing personality and actions add depth to the story, making him a captivating and memorable character.
Overall, I can say that "Alice in Borderland" exceeded my expectations as a live-action adaptation and that I had a wonderful experience watching it. When a series manages to successfully bring a beloved story to life, it's truly a testament to the talent and effort of the production team and the actors involved.

My favourite character is Usagi. Her character arc is beautiful to see, as well as the relationship of trust that is built between her and Arisu.
I have yet to read the Manga though...
My next foray into the world of Japanese series is waiting in my Netflix list: Pending Train.
