Thoughts on Emily in Paris

Honestly, the first season was a good time pass but I am not sure about the second season. The entire series was like a dating show but explicit version. What do you guys think?

**Spoiler alert**
I have to agree with you, I liked the first season better. The beginning of the second season was too slow and I believe the creator could do so much more. First of all, I did not like Alphie, there was no sparkle with him. Secondly, after Cami's mom told her "You should do exactly what I say", I truly believed there will be some juicy revenge plan. And lastly, Gabriel getting back together with Cami made him look weak and unambitious since he was still in love with Emily.
However, I enjoyed watching it, it is a great series to pass some time. I am really looking forward to the next season.

To be honest, I don't like EIP that much. I know she's trying to come off as the quirky American, but sometimes she just comes off as dull.

I think it wasn’t that great. I only watched the first season and couldn’t do it anymore.

It's a cute TV show but Paris is not really like that at all! This show is like "The typical Americans dream of Paris." The real Paris is dirty, noisy and full of tourists. I have spent a lot of time there. Parisians are also some of the rudest people on the planet.

Honestly I like the series but I don’t like Emily. I find her superficial and annoying. But I like the rest of the characters and being recorded in Paris it’s always a plus.
