Favorite Harry Potter character (Apart from the golden trio)

For me, it has to be Neville. From being a shy and nerdy kid to developing into a man deserving of the Sword of Gryffindor- he showcased amazing character development. The biggest character strength was when we come to know that his parents are still alive, albeit still in an irredeemable state. His standing up against Voldemort is the strongest character moment he lived in the series.

I liked Neville as well, but I really love Mrs. Weasley. She's the all-time mom. She has tons of rowdy kids and is always taking in others. She's funny. She's resourceful. She's my hero!

Agreed. From helping Harry to demolishing Bellatrix- her character sure had an amazing growth curve!

I loved Dobby and his socks. He was refreshing, and also at some points comic relief. He never cared for himself, but always for Harry and his friends. He did not like the rest of the people only worship Harry, but had great respect for Ron as Harry's best friend, to the point where Ron was actually embarrassed about it. It was very sad when he died.

It's between Sirius and McGonagall. Sirius has his demons, but he literally lived in Azkaban for 12 years surrounded by dementors sucking the joy out of him. He still maintained his personality and was there for Harry as much as he could be. McGonagall is just a queen and can demolish anyone with her words (no wand necessary).

For me Albus Dumbledore is the best character. He has such an aura of mystery surrounding him which makes him interesting. And his constant help and guidance for Harry makes him a good companion and mentor. My favorite thing said by him is at the king's cross station where he claims that of course it's happening in your head but why on earth should that means that it's not real.

Mrs Weasley is my favorite. She is the mother that everyone wished they had.

Fred Weasley of Sirius Black. Fred is just always good comedic relief and Sirius is a really complex character that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.

I thought I was going to like Snape a lot more but Minerva McGonagall has my heart, followed closely by Dumbledore.

I am not a big fan of the Harry Potter movies, but I did enjoy the first one very much.

As for my favorite character I would agree that Professor McGonagall would be my first choice. Maggie Smith is one of my favorite actors.

This one is hard as everyone played their parts so well and I enjoyed everything of the movies!

I absolutely loved Hagrid and his huge soft heart for the children and all animals.

Moaning Myrtle was something to get used to, but she also acted superbly.

Now I think it is time to organize a Harry Potter binge watch again . . .

My favourite would have to be Luna Lovegood. She has such a sweet, innocent, lovable soul. I love her quirkiness and kind heartedness. She sees so much in her friends hearts and knows just the right thing to say just when they need to hear it. Also, she loves puddin'.

Severus Snape is my favorite character though many may disagree. I believe he saw the bigger picture but lacked the knowledge of how to express himself.
I believe him to be a highly misunderstood character
