How can the DCEU make a comeback?

I believe they should start from scratch. A Green Arrow movie introducing The Flash followed by building the stories of Martian Manhunter and Green Lantern. This should be followed by pitting Battinson against anti-heroes and the buildup to The Justice League. What are your thoughts on it?
