This movie was better than I expected. It did a great job of portraying the time period. It also had a great message that despite the limitations in your life, if you work hard and are talented, anything can happen.

When I first watched this film I thought it was great. However recently I’ve been told that it didn’t even focus on or encapsulate the role of the Black women that well at all.

There’s a book? I had no idea. I enjoyed the movie though! I loved Taraji P. Henson in it, especially the scene where she had to use the restroom...such a powerful performance.

I haven't seen "Hidden Figures" but it is on my bucket list for movies. I love Octavia Spenser and Jim Parsons and they both have acted in this movie! Not to mention the awesome things I've heard about the movie.

I think it's just propaganda; you can look it up; hardly anything in that movie is factual. Hollywood was being very dishonest to push the message.
