Not sure if this is what you're asking, but one of my favorite novels is This Is How You Lose The Time War. It's a sci-fi story about two time travellers working for enemy organizations exchanging letters and falling in love, which has got some of the best prose I have ever seen. It's also the only book where I've turned the final page and immediately turned back to the first one to start reading it again - it was that good.

If you're looking for a classic, though, Wuthering Heights is my go-to.

If Tomorrow Comes by Sidney Sheldon! It's a thriller and was released in the 80's but it's still, to this day, one of my favourite novels! It has everything and I try to read it at least once a year, that's how much I enjoy it!

The best novel I ever read is Harry Potter. Despite being set in a fantasy world, the books tackle universal themes such as love, loss, prejudice, and the struggle between good and evil. These themes make the stories relatable and resonant with readers from diverse backgrounds.
