Fantasy and romance are my favourite genres when it comes to books and movies. I also like movies with historical fiction, that's my form of time travel

I love to read and watch movies of all types of genres. It just depends on my mood when I am choosing one. I enjoy romance, drama, action, and mystery. I try to stay away from horror though.

I'd say there's both an overlap and a clear difference between what I like in movies and books. For instance, I most definitely prefer movies for fantasy and crime books; as a non-visual person, I find it extremely difficult to visualize the fantasy and mystery elements in a book without pictures. However, my favorite genre in books is historical fiction, yet I find it extremely difficult (and quite boring) to consume historical fiction movies. As for the overlap, I consume romance both ways !

Action, adventure, comedy and mystery are definitely my favorite genres of movies and series. If you find me watching movies, it always be in one of those genres.

I usually have similar tastes when it comes to movies and books, very similar. I love the sci-fi genre in everything.

I only read romance or dark romance books but I'm trying to branch out some. For movies, it's horror and occasionally comedy. I'm a big crybaby when it comes to watching TV shows and movies so I try avoid watching anything else.

I like classic books that are good from all kinds of perspectives—those that are original, profound, and in tune. One such book that matches all of the above-stated characteristics is "The Master and Margarita" by Mikhail Bulgakov.

My tastes are the same. I love reading and watching romantic stories, action-packed and suspense but when it comes to horror movies or books, count me out.

My book preference and my movie preference are the same. Just like I like reading magical books, I also enjoy watching movies of the same genre.

My genre preference is mostly suspense/thriller. I also like documentaries on serial killers! The Walking Dead is one of my favorite series.
