Mystery, fiction, and supernatural powers are my favorite genres to watch in movies. It's just so enticing and worthwhile to watch. At the end of the day, I will always feel at ease and mesmerized by their abilities.

I watch things in way more genres than the things I read. I usually stick to fantasy, self-help and sci-fi books. I watch all of these movie genres as well, but in addition to comedy and horror. I would never read a horror book because for some reason that is just way more terrifying to me, but I really enjoy horror movies! Maybe because I can close my eyes and turn away at the scary parts vs. flipping the page and potentially missing an important detail. :lol2:

Film-wise, I love action, adventure, true stories, and especially crime-related drama movies. But while reading, I like to keep it basic with just fantasy.

I prefer Action, Supernatural, and a little sci-fiction.
Romance and classic get me bored easily.

Great question! I would say I prefer different genres. I love to read thriller and mystery novels, but for some reason I'm such a sucker for cheesy rom-com movies and TV shows :lol2:

I think my preferences tend to overlap. I like comedies, thrillers, action movies and Sci-Fi. Love reading them, love watching them too.

Personally, I tend toward different things, though much of my taste crosses over.
No No No. what I read is different from what I watch. I love action movies, Corporate Politics and mind engaging Videos. But in Books’s, my fancy is different

I like to read and watch romance, but I really do watch and read a lot of genres and try to keep my mind open when trying a new one.

I enjoy reading crime such as some murder mysteries but I mostly prefer books that are of horror and those that include supernatural creatures such as werewolf and vampire

Yeah, my movie genres are quite similar to my book genres. Action, adventure, crime, fast-paced plot, strongly developed character and a strong message behind the movie. I like books and movies that make me ponder and wonder about the world.

I prefer horror/crime/mystery thrillers with lots of twists and turns. But I always give every other genre a try.
