I am Nigerian and I enjoy my country movies, hollywood and kdrama. It all depends on what seems more interesting at that moment and what the concept I am going for at the moment.

I live in the United States so there are a lot of movies made here and a lot of movies that I truly love here. But there are a few foreign movies I really enjoyed like the Korean movie Padak and of course Japanese anime movies since I'm a nerd for anime and manga. Since I love to make artwork I find myself spending more of my time watching animated movies than I do with any other kind of movies. Call me weird or childish but I find that through animation the artwork can feel just as real as real actors, plus you have the limit of your imagination.

Foreign movies for sure, I can't remember anytime in my life that I have enjoyed watching a nigerian movie. They are just not my type, and unless you are a bit locally oriented they suck(at least that's what I believe ) . 90% of my movies are foreign.

Foreign all the way! Lots of selection to choose from.
Most films in my country are copycats from international films anyway.
Besides, I love to see more advanced camera and video effects that can't be featured in my country.

Unfortunately, My country has a bad package of movies but they have good stars, maybe foreign movies have a mixture of good strand staff which leads to good perfect movies better than my country. :)

I do most of the time to support and patronize my own country, but most of the time, I prefer foreign movies. The expertise of my country in producing quality movies needs to aggrandize and intensified. But I would say there’s a lot of great movies worth to watch in my country.
