I only watch foreign movies actually, I find my country's movies to be low quality.

Italian cinema production is too limited so I watch almost all foreign movies, mostly American.

My country has some ok movies but I’ve only seen a few. I find the acting very bad. I like some Japanese movies but haven’t branched out further. I did try one French film I disliked it and dry try a German film. It’s hard with the cultural barriers to just feel comfortable watching it for some reason

There are only a few local movies that are really of high quality. I do watch and support those but most of the time, I watch international ones.

I'm Hungarian but I prefer watching foreign movies and series. It's something I intend to change, though - I mean it's such a shame not to know your own country's cinema!

I watch foreign movies a lot! The only local movies I watch are the classic ones. When it comes to series/movies, I watch anything as long as it has a solid plot!

I love watching movies from around the world. It show cases the diversity and beautiful stories that need more attention. I love Korean dramas and movies. They touch base on family, friends, and of course, drama. It always keeps me at the edge of my seat.

I live in Costa Rica and I don't like the movies made here, most of the ones I hear about are comedies but they're not funny. I prefer watching movies from other countries, mostly the US but I try to watch a little from everywhere.

I'm African but I love to watch both my country movies and foriegn movies. Bong the director of parasite said during his Oscar acceptance speech "once you overcome the one inch barrier of subtitles, you'll be introduced to so many amazing films". So I watch so many movies from so many countries as long as they have a amazing content

I don't usually watch movies from Costa Rica, where I live, because they're not my type of movies and I usually find them cringey and boring. I'm used to watching movies from other countries, mostly the US.

I prefer watching foreign movies! Where I live, movies are usually comedies and I usually don't like the type of humor they use. Also, with the digital platforms that we have nowadays, like Netflix, Hulu or Amazon, there seems to be a wider compilation of foreign movies, at least in my country.

So today I watched Train to Busan and Parasite, two Korean movies. Both were exceptional- and I mean exceptional. These were the kinds of movies that made me pick up my phone and text my best friend how stunned I was. My poor friend. He had to respond to two, "Oh my god" texts today.

After watching these two movies I now am really wondering what I've been missing out on. If Korean screenwriters and directors are this talented, I need Korean recommendations pronto. I'm open to other countries too, of course.

Honestly I don't discriminate, I like to explore different types of movies. Doesn't matter if its foreign or American, as long as it has a good story line and subtitles.
