I don't like to see child abuse or much violence. I hate seeing domestic violence as well, but it can teach others in that situation that there ways out. It is possible to leave an abuser, but it takes a strong person.

Same here! There are some movies I absolutely refuse to see and/or watch again because I know an animal dies.

For me, sex scenes are always unnecessary in movies (most of the time it isn't important to the plot and the character development). The only thing that they do is make things uncomfortable when watching with friends or family.

If a child or animal is being abused, I’m not watching it!

I do not like sex scenes in movies that are not about relationships and love. I never understood why every god damn movie must contain at least one sex scene.

I think we run the risk of becoming too sheltered if we don’t watch something just because we don’t like it in some cases. However, in other cases it makes sense if it offends you or scares you of course.

Animal abuse is a big no. Sexual scenes are awkward. If it doesn't advance the story, get rid of it. So that's any erotica. Cliches like in horror movies. They're overdone and predictable. A strange peev I have is characters smoking. Why is it relevant? Do they think it adds layers to their personality? Or is it a prop bad actors use to say they're stressed?

Any scenes with pedophilia/ minors and sexual abuse shake me to my core. If I watch and read anything with it I feel like I’m going to throw up, just can’t handle someone being that horrible and I am a lover of gore and sad movies.

I agree with what everyone has said so far. I especially dislike it when the protagonist dies. Avengers: Endgame was a sad movie to watch.

I really dislike seeing any form of abuse in movies. Watching them so helpless and being unable to fight back is so sad to watch.

Any violent scenes, or blood shedding.
Also, I don't like nudity. Especially, when it has nothing to do with the plot. It's just a major turn off for me.
