Any Frances Hardinge movie, please, I beg of you. She is so exceptionally creative and I would love to see the worlds she builds brought to life on the big screen. Characters such as Mosca and Clent would be incredible to see in action and I feel like it would provide a refreshing change from so many of the cliché, recycled superhero tropes dominating the box offices.

I actually just read one that I think would make an awesome movie.
It's called, "The Watchers" by A.M. Shine. The beginning is kind of slow, but when it picks up, it picks up quickly. I ended up loving the book (it is in the horror genre), and think it would make an excellent horror film!

I answer this with some trepidation, as many adaptations end up being poorly made works that stray wildly from the source material (ex. The Wheel of Time series, The Dark Tower, The Witcher Series).

I'd love to see faithful adaptations of The Name of the Wind (Book 1 of the Kingkiller Chronicle) and The Stormlight Archives, assuming each of these book series will be completed soonish.

I think the book Americanah by Chimamanda Ngozi Adiche. I really enjoyed reading the book and I would like to watch it as a movie. I heard that the movie was going to be released last year but it did not.

Rebel of the sands no doubt. Even if not the entire series, just the first one needs to be adapted, it’s a waste of good movie material.

The Kingkiller Chronicle" series by Patrick Rothfuss: This ongoing fantasy series follows the story of Kvothe, a talented musician and adventurer, as he recounts his epic journey.

Zona would be the best book to be adapted in my opinion. It onlt makes sense because of the complecitu of the characters involved.
