The book should be non fiction and its soft copy should be available

NB:The book that you may recommend maybe the first one to read so don't let me down

If you're looking specifically for non-fiction, I can recommend The subtle art of not giving a f*ck, by Mark Manson. There are lots of self-help, self-improvement books written, I know, but this one stood out for me.
Also, there are Stephen Fry's autobiographies, I'm certain that you'd find them enjoyable and entertaining.

Not knowing specifically what kind of non-fiction interests you, II'm not sure what to recommend.

Memoirs? Biography? Science? History? And what subject therein?

If you have an interest in animals, there are a lot of great non-fiction memoirs themed around, for instance, dogs, like You Had Me at Woof: How Dogs Taught Me the Secrets of Happiness by Julie Klam
