This isn't a horror book, but They All Fall Down by Roxanne St Claire constantly had me on edge while I was reading the novel.

Nullform by Dem Mikhailow. The characters are extremely twisted and one of the main topics is cannibalism and loosing your limbs.

Mysteries at Treasure River is a book that look into a dark reality. It is not a horror per say but a story that looks at a mystery that look like a dark side which could me a reality. Definitely mind blowing and questions the reality we live in.
