@Sweety Jain 07 I just looked this one up on Amazon at your recommendation, and I like the sound of it! The author is a macedonian who was bullied and worked (hard) in the restaurant industry. I feel like his perspectives and advice will be hard-fought. It's expensive on Amazon Kindle but I'll stock up some credits. Thanks for the recommendation!Sweety Jain 07 wrote: ↑12 May 2024, 08:26 The Unfakeable Code by Tony Jeton Selimi. It is the best motivational book I have read. The author tells us how to be more authentic and free from our own psychological prison. That way we can love ourselves more. This book helped me alot. Everyone should read it once.

Colour purple? What did that mean!Nabby3 wrote: ↑14 Feb 2022, 18:12 When I was young, about 40 years ago... I didn't understand anything. There was no closed caption on tv. So I didn't understand anything. I have hearing aid, but still I can't understand. That's why my grammar is messed up. My mom's bookshelf has a lot of negative books... O.J. Simpson book "I did it" a book about murder. A book about slaves. A book about mystery... and Black people being abused, especially the Color Purple.
So I guess that why my life is like this... I wrote about it.... And I wish there is a book with fresh perspective. The only fresh perspective was Color Purple. And the way I view men... My mom''s book, Waiting to exhale.
