Do you know of authors similar to Christine Feehan?

By similar, what I am referring to is how she presents her characters. Most of her male characters cherish and are protective of the female characters. There are a few notable exceptions who are jerks, but for the most part, the men are protective, occasionally even over-the-top protective, but they're not abusive jerks. So many "alphas" by a lot of authors are misogynists, and the term "alpha" becomes synonymous with an over-bearing abuser. Not so with (most of) Feehan's men.
Also, while some of her heroines are wounded/damaged, by and large they're still strong. Also, her heroines aren't bitches. They can be sweet and wounded, or sweet and strong, but they're not nasty. What other authors do you know that have sweet heroines and alphas that are sweetly devoted to the heroines?

I also really like Chritine Feehan.
I have read so many of her books and really like her writing style.
You could try the crossfire series

Try Terry Spear, she has some great books with Alpha males and the women they fall for. Similar to Feehan in that way.
Also a couple more if you have not already read them authors are Gena Showalter, Hanna Howell, J R Ward, Christine Warren & if you like a bit of comedy in the read try Lynsay Sands or Kristen Painter. All of these authors have good story's and are great to read.

Feehan has some great stories. You can also check out J R Ward, Stephanie Laurens, Lyndsy Sands, Christine Warren, Gena Showalter, Shelly Laurenston, and Terry Spear. If you like some comedy to the story try Kristen Painter also. All these authors have what your looking for with the Alpha hero and strong heroines. I hope you enjoy these authors stories like I do.

Have you tried Nalini Singh?
I absolutely love her Psy-Changeling series. I also read her Guild Hunters series and enjoy it, just not quite as much as the other.

(Just a note: the overarching stories are best read in order.)
My favorite is Judd (second Psy-Changeling book), but she has so many of this kind of alpha!
Also, I would love to hear what you think of them.

I was thinking the same. Nalini Singh has some seriously good male leads in her Psy-Changeling series
