I liked The 30 Day Productivity Plan by Damon Zahariades. It's on Prime Reading and has a lot less fluff than most self help books. It's also a lot easier to ignore whatever doesn't apply to you. I don't know if we have similar tastes, though. I couldn't stand The Miracle Morning. From the get-go he's advocating sleep deprivation which is shown to decrease productivity and health long-term. Reducing sleep is a temporary fix at best.

Yeah that part rubbed me the wrong way too, but I liked most of his ideas overall.

Mark Manson and his book The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*** taught how not to give attention to trivial things and to things that don't add value to my life. I also like his book, Everything is F*** :)
I agree. I read it on the last day of November in 2018, and it helped me not to care too much about other people.
Last year, I read a similar book entitled UNOFFENDABLE by Einzelganger. It's also good.

DON'T OVERTHINK IT by Anne Bogel

It's the recent self-help book I read this month. I was anxious during the first week, so I decided to continue reading Bogel's book. At the end of each chapter, she lists some points on how to help us make good choices on how to prioritize what matters more for us.

"The Anatomy of Peace" by the Arbinger Insitute
Awesome for finding inner inspiration and overcoming obstacles regarding bad relationships with other people. It may be more of an inspirational read, but I identify it as self help because a lot of the practices they recommend are good for real-life application.

I really love "Purpose Driven Life." I am somewhat religious and spiritual, not a Christian either, yet this book helped me in so many ways. While it uses religious quotes, it's not preachy, and I think anyone can read it if they are looking for help to change how they look at the world, their life and if they need help through difficult time. My father, may he rest in peace forever, past away this January 2021, so I want to re-read this book. I highly recommend it.

I always, always, always, recommend "You Are a Badass" by Jen Sincero. I have read it 5 times and I take away something new each and every time I pick up that book. Another good read is "You Epic Life Blueprint" by Rock Thomas. Hal Elrod actually read it himself.
