I've forgotten who the author was however someone who doesn't know even the basics of how to maintain themselves financially should read this book. easy to understand concepts explained in a simple way.
The author is Robert Kiyosaki. I agree this book equally changed my perspective about investing and saving. I have red it over and over.

I recently read and reviewed An Interview with Failure, by Sam Yankelevitch. It is very short, refreshing and easy to read. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a book that will shift your perception of failure and success.

I believe that 'Meditations' by Marcus Aurelius is one of the best books for personal improvement for several reasons.
It offers practical insights into Stoic philosophy, a school of thought that emphasizes personal virtue, wisdom, and self-discipline. Stoicism has significantly influenced modern philosophies, psychology, and self-help literature. The Stoic principles of self-control, rationality, and resilience are still highly regarded for personal development.

The book is written in a straightforward and accessible style. Marcus Aurelius' personal reflections give it a relatable and down-to-earth quality.

As the personal journal of a Roman Emperor, the book provides a unique glimpse into the mind of a powerful leader and philosopher.

So, maybe give it a try if you haven't already read it! Hope this helps.
