I haven't read that, but I have a couple ya mystery/thrillers I can recommend.

The Rules by Nancy Holder, Debbie Viguie
Made for You by Melissa Marr

Sorry if they aren't what you're looking for. :tiphat:

Have you read The Madman's Tale or The Analyst by John Katzenbach? such mystery and suspense, you won't be able to sleep until you finish them.

I haven't read the series either, but for good mystery/suspense, maybe try the Janie Johnson series? (There may be some profanity, but it's been awhile since I read the first few, I haven't finished the series.)

The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare is a great series. In addition to the 6 book series, there are several spin-off stories to keep you interested.

I’ve also not read the example you gave, but Fade To Blue by Sean Beaudoin is a book that I first read in highschool or middle school. It’s definitely creepy and full of mystery. And now I’m gonna go find it to maybe start reading it again because I can never remember how it ends, but I always remember how intriguing it was.
