Feeling empty now that I am through with Outlander series.

Six months of my life was spent reading the Outlander series, and now nothing really compares AT ALL!
I just finished An Unknown Woman, by Alice Koller. It was flat. The concept of a brash and bold woman going her own way during the early 60s drew me in, and while it's conclusion held some wise life advice, overall it felt flat and cold.
I am currently reading Rhett Butler's People, by Donald McCaig. So far it's amusing. It is not a page-burner though, and I am hungry for a page-burner, any recommendations?

Refiner's Fire by Lynn Austin, it's a series with 3 books. However, she is a christian author and may not be for everyone.

This happens everytime you complete a long series. Do not worry you will get over it after a while. Start reading a new book.
You could start with The Divergent Trilogy. :)

Ugh!! That's the worst when that happens. Try reading Karen Moning's fever series... the characters are great, and I found it to be a real page turner.

I feel the same way! I wish i could find more time travel books like that, with love, adventure, and time travel not being the main point but happens, if you find any let me no!
