Hello everyone,

I started reading a series of books on leadership. Any recommendation of good books?

I am currently reading some by John C Maxwell.

Thank you for any suggestions!

Please check The Spirit of Leadership and Becoming a Leader by Myles Munroe.

My favorite book on leadership is Fish by Stephen Luden and others. I've read it multiple times and each time I come away with something interesting. At first glance it doesn't look like a book on leadership, but it is all about customer service, maintaining presence, and boosting morale.

John Maxwell is my go to, but you may also want to try Brian Tracy. The other thing I can suggest is searching for books by female authors because they have the same thoughts as you.

Maxwell is covers leadership from many angles. I like his Develop the Leaders Around You and Jump Start Your Leadership (a daily workbook). Soup by Jon Gordon and Leadership Jazz by Max De Pree are also very good. Consider books by Simon Sinek, Sheryl Sandberg, and John Wooden as well.

Start with Why by Simon Sinek is pretty good - offers interesting examples of good and bad leadership and the consequences.
