HI

I recommend Jenn McKinlay. She writes several cozy mystery series. Her cupcake mystery series is really good. So is her library series. Cleo Coyle writes a wonderful series about owning a coffee shop. Really fun. There are so many more. M.C. Beaton has two series going. Good English mysteries, one is Hamish MacBeth and the other is Agatha Raisin.

Not sure how closely this will fit the bill for you, but I really enjoy the 1 Ladies' Detective Agency series.

Thank you! I will add these to my list! I also discovered The Tea Shop Mystery Series by Laura Child’s since I am a tea lover.

Christina O Phillips wrote: 12 Apr 2017, 10:21 I went to do some research at the library yesterday and picked up four cozy mysteries:
Corpse Pose (Mantra for Murder Mystery)
By Book or By Crook (Lighthouse Library Mystery)
Murder at the Book Group (Book Group Mystery)
Snow White Red-Handed (Fairy Tale Fatal Mystery)

I hope they're good. They all sound interesting!
They all sound fascinating! I know it’s been like two years  but I sort of feel off the planet...how did you like them?

I recommend Lilian Jackson Braun who has written cozy mysteries featuring siamese cats, Koko and Yum Yum. There are only about 30 books in the series, but any of them could stand alone, and if you are a cat lover, you'll love these clever cozy mysteries.
