"Bride" by Ali Hazelwood: Arranged marriage between a vampire and an alpha werewolf, I love almost all of Ali Hazelwood's books but this is my absolute favorite
"Hot Blooded" by Heather Guerre (it says it is in a series, but this is a standalone book): Our main character is human and is paired with a vampire through a blood donor agency (I HIGHLY suspect this was a twilight fanfiction originally, if you read it you'll know why)
NOT STANDALONES but I love the "Leveling Up"/"Magical Midlife" series by K.F. Breene, it's absolutely hysterical, has a bit of spice, and super paranormal. In general, K.F. Breene writes a lot of paranormal romance series but they are hit or miss for me. I either ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM or cannot stand them, they do have that "moving the goal post" part of them that can be frustrating in some series.
