I loved Hunger Games and Divergent and recently finished the first three books of the Qualify series by Vera Nazarian. Looking for recommendations for something similar. TIA

You could try Tahereh Mafi's Shatter Me series. It's dystopian as well.

Legend by Marie Lu is a good dystopian option. I read it after Hunger Games and really liked it.
