I mean books about playing and winning games, not development. I am interested both in video games and board games. It would be great if you advise me smth to read!
Thanks!

Are you interested in fiction? If you are then you should go for Warcross, by Marie Lu or Bash Bash Revolution, by Douglas Lain

Do you mean as in strategy books to become a better player or the game theory behind the games?
If it's the second, you should research a man named Gonzalo Frasca, he has a PhD in Game Studies (here's his Wikipedia Page:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gonzalo_Frasca). He has written several books about the impact of games and the similarities of games and narrative.

For books about playing and winning video and board games, then you likely want to search for the specific game you are looking for. Game Theory as a field is an area of math and is most often used in economics.
If your goal is not to get better at a specific game, but get better at winning games against other people, you might try something like Doyle Brunson's Super System: A Course in Power Poker. Yes it's about poker specifically, but it's also going to be about how you determine odds and how to look for tells in the other players.
