You are right. I find it extremely difficult to browse through the site. I wouldn't call it a user-friendly site. Are the webmaster listening.

I'm a new member, eager to find new books to read, books I might have otherwise missed. I'm a voracious reader, and have been all my life, starting around age 2 because I did not like the way Uncle Bob and others read comics to me...I'm sure they were well intentioned, but were not very good at reading aloud. I retired from a life of work a few years ago and now have much more time to read. Retiring also allowed me to spend much more time writing. What was once a part-time avocation is now more of a full-time hobby. Unfortunately fiction magazines are not what they once were, so I don't write as many short stories as I used to...over the past five decades I've had a couple hundred stories published. Instead, I write novels now, as well as collections of short stories. I like reading most any kind of fiction, but these days I usually gravitate toward mysteries and detective novels, vintage and modern. I used to read everything SF, but most of my favorite writers are dead, but I still read older books from time to time, and I do like most novels in the steampunk genre. I also like reading pulp fiction and actively collect it...big fan of Doc Savage, The Shadow and The Spider.

I'm also a new member...just joined a few minutes ago. I'm looking for someone to review a business book that I just wrote. Are you interested? Wish you the best in this bookclub, it seems like you have a wide range of interests that should help in your reviews and in your cupcakes business! : )
